How to find/set PATH of USER

Hi all

I am now confronting a problem with PATH.

Pentaho is downloaded in folder Program Files. But there are creating/deleting folders/files procedures in the job when it gets run. An ordinary user cannot run the job made because of lack of administration-rights.

Please suggest, how can i set it so, that i creates/deletes folders/files not directly in Pentaho which is under Program Files, but in User's Documents?
