create excel report

Hi

I have 10 records(no. of records are not fixed) in sql server table. i have to generate excel files from 10 records on the basis of "PolicyUnitID" column in the table.

Is it possible to generate excel files from the below table?. Please see the attachment . For the below data , i have to generate 5 excel files.
