"Could not get row from result set" error loading DW dimensions

Hello guys! Here's the deal, i really need your help. I'm building an ETL on Pentaho for building a DW, and when i'm loading the DW dimension, i'm having the error "Could not get row from result set". Here's a set of images of my etl:

The Select Values was an attempt to work, selecting from my unic table Estagio the columns that I need, then sorting them, and finally sending them to my dimension. I really need your help, i have to pass thru this and having the day on this.
