Help Instaview

Hi all, I just registered in here!
This forum is for Community Edition only?

Anyway, I'm trying the 30 days trial of Business Analytics and I'm having problems with Instaview! I would appreciate if someone could help me out or tell me if there is a similar tool in community edition!
First of all, I followed this guide: click here
Tried many different csv (also the sample one) and always the configuration steps seem to be ok:

But then it stucks at "Opening report, please wait" for hours...

I tried 5.0.2 and 5.0.3, tried to install in 3 different PC (with win 7 / win 8) and always the same problem...
Tried to google around and search in forum but didn't find a similar problem... only an old bugtracker! :/
