Using multiple characters in enclosure on csv input

hi ,

in csv input step ,can we set multiple characters in enclosure ?e.g. &| two characters.if i use only one character ,it's fine.

when i look for the document of enclosure. it said $[6F,FF,00,1F] ,is it mean there are four characters in the enclosure , like oÿnulus ?

when i use &| the value in field is cutting like |test& ,leaving | in the header, & in the footer. if i use variable in the enclosure ,it did the same .

can anybody help me ..
